1. Who We Are

YouScript ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Chandan AI Technologies, a business registered in Gujarat, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YouScript platform at youscript.pro, including our website, APIs, and any associated services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using YouScript, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time — we'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use YouScript. If you're under 18, you need parental or legal guardian consent. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts or credentials.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at youscript.pro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. What You Get

YouScript generates AI-powered YouTube scripts based on your inputs — channel data, topic, and creative direction. Your subscription plan determines how many scripts you can generate per month.

• Free plan: 5 scripts total.
• Paid plans: Monthly credit allocation as described on our pricing page.
• Lifetime plan: Monthly credits for the lifetime of the YouScript service.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

6. Content Ownership

• Your inputs: You retain full ownership of any content you provide (topics, brain dumps, channel URLs).
• Generated scripts: Once generated, the scripts are yours. You may use, modify, publish, and monetize them however you like.
• No claim: We do not claim any ownership or licensing rights over your generated content.
• Our platform: The YouScript platform, branding, prompts, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use YouScript to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our prompts, models, or proprietary systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute YouScript as your own product or service.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures.

8. Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes, and compliance on our behalf.
• Prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by Dodo Payments based on your location.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• You can cancel anytime via the customer portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us at youscript.pro@gmail.com for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Scripts are generated by AI models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) based on your inputs.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, original, or free from errors.
• You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing scripts before use.
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of generated content.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We'll try to communicate planned maintenance in advance. If a script generation fails due to a service error, your credit will be automatically refunded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouScript and Chandan AI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

• By you: You can delete your account anytime by contacting us. We'll remove all your data.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Any remaining credits are forfeited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
